JESSICA L MARQUEZ

I am an MD candidate Texas Tech Health Science Center El Paso with a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Biology passionately pursuing a career in plastic and reconstructive surgery. I am drawn to plastic surgery as it is the unique intersection between form and function ultimately melding my desire to hone in on a life long craft with my love of medicine. After completing a one-year research fellowship with the University of Utah Division of Plastic Surgery, my specific interests lie in reconstructive microsurgery, breast, and gender affirming care.

In my spare time, I am either making art (loosely defined...) reading poetry, skiing (poorly), apres skiing (expert), traveling, or going on long walks with my two pups.
